– Solid Fuel (wood burning etc) will require a specialized Hearth due to regulations (starting from £250+VAT).
– Gas Effect will require a Gas Burner Tray (starting from £200+VAT) and a specialized Hearth (starting from £200+VAT), subject to final size.
